Diaphragmatic (Belly) Breathing has been found to lower blood pressure and blood sugar, release serotonin (which makes you feel good), improve cellular function and lifespan, help you relax, increase the secretion of growth hormone, slow the aging process, improve mental focus, improve sleep quality, help with weight loss, and help with panic attacks.
